The ZB6T flashlight is set to be the first official release from Zweibrüder, a fresh German brand looking to light up the premium gear market. Founded by Tobias Schleder whose roots go deep into the LED Lenser legacy the company is kicking things off with a device that blends high-end specs with modern form.
ZB6T flashlight features multiple LEDs and USB-C charging
The ZB6T won’t be your average flashlight. It uses several light sources and supports USB-C charging, ditching the old-school cable clutter. A 21700 rechargeable battery powers the unit, helping it push up to 3,000 lumens. That’s no small glow especially with a throw range that reaches up to 328 yards. According to early specs, the flashlight could run for as long as 50 hours on low-power mode.
Premium push sets ZB6T flashlight apart
Zweibrüder is going all-in on design and performance. Unlike their work under Duracell Lights, which focused on budget models, the ZB6T aims much higher. You’re getting more than just light, you’re getting tech, form, and endurance. This won’t be a tool you throw in a junk drawer; it’s made to be trusted in real-world conditions, whether that’s work, hiking, or emergency use.
Behind Zweibrüder’s launch is a familiar name
Tobias Schleder may be launching a new brand, but he’s far from new to flashlights. He spent over two decades at LED Lenser before leaving in 2024 to start something of his own. His father, Rainer Opolka, co-founded the original Zweibrüder Optoelectronics and now advises him on this venture. The brand is still building its website, but early glimpses have surfaced through Instagram.
Here’s what we know so far about the ZB6T:
- 3,000 lumen max output
- Up to 328-yard throw
- USB-C rechargeable
- 21700 lithium battery
- Up to 50-hour runtime
- Multi-LED array for versatile lighting
- Sleek premium design
ZB6T flashlight to launch ahead of EDC model in 2026
Orders for the ZB6T are expected to begin in December. A compact everyday carry (EDC) version is on the roadmap for 2026, with headlamps to follow. For now, Zweibrüder is relying on social media especially Instagram to tease details and connect with early fans. The website may still be under construction, but the direction is clear: this is not just another flashlight brand trying to squeeze into an oversaturated market.
With legacy ties and modern ambition, Zweibrüder isn’t just following the beam, it’s steering it.
